The restaurant has nearly a five-star rating and over 300 reviews on Google. Some reviews say it’s a great spot for a quick meal, while others describe it as a hidden gem for comfort food. 

At Brushfire Kitchen, the family aims to provide their guests with healthy choices and quality ingredients at decent prices. Most of their dishes and entrees are made from scratch, ensuring everything tastes fresh and delicious. The restaurant is committed to using local produce and antibiotic-free meat for all its dishes. Brushfire gives a whole new meaning to American comfort food and makes accommodations for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free eaters. 

Brushfire Kitchen serves many other dishes, including bowls, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, and even cookies for those with a sweet tooth. Some of their delicious bowls include the braised brisket bowl, BBQ pulled pork bowl, chicken bowl, salmon bowl, Thai curry chicken bowl, and a few others. All of Brushfire’s burgers are made from the freshest grass-fed Angus beef that’s free of antibiotics, hormones, and pesticides and served on a house-baked focaccia bun. Beeside Balcony



Fine dining meets a chic seaside atmosphere at Beeside Balcony in Del Mar. Guests love to boast about Beeside’s savory, delicious dishes as well as its coastal ocean views. The executive chef and owner of Beeside Balcony is a third-generation chef of Spanish and Italian descent named Christophe, who hails from Paris, France. His career as a chef started when he was just 17 years old working alongside his father in a family-owned restaurant near Pasadena. Christophe spent nearly a decade as a Managing Partner of Eddie V’s Prime Seafood in La Jolla, CA. During his time there, he learned a great deal about sourcing and cooking some of the freshest seafood the restaurant had to offer. 

The comforting, relaxing vibes at Beeside dovetail perfectly with Christophe’s attention to detail to the fine Mediterranean dishes he creates. Guests at Beeside Balcony say that everything that comes out of Christophe’s kitchen is a “culinary delight.”Some of the most talked-about dishes include the highly-recommended octopus and mussels, oysters and grilled octopus, and the Chilean sea bass. Beeside offers a lunch, brunch, dinner, and holiday menu. 

Some dishes from their lunch menu include the Beeside crab cake, Beeside salad, Mediterranean fish tacos, grilled Spanish octopus, smoked paprika tofu, and other selections. Their dinner menu options include PEI mussels, Beeside fried chicken, gratin de pasta, Faroe Island salmon, peppercorn filet mignon, and pesto shrimp linguini.
