The San Diego County Fair is hosted every summer at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. A major draw for San Diego County residents, attendance figures have risen above a million in recent years. 

Each Saturday, shoppers meet at the Del Mar Farmers Market, a certified and non-profit experience that supports California Farmers by providing opportunities to sell directly to the public. The Market offers pesticide-free seasonal fruits and vegetables, eggs, potted herbs, orchids, international cuisine, seafood, cheese, bread and baked goods, hummus, kettle corn, honey, fruit juice, and arts and crafts.
